The object of this regulation is stipulating matters necessary for the enforcement of the Law Concerning the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Biological Diversity through Regulations on the Use of Living Modified Organisms.
This regulation apply to use of LMOs for provision as food, animal feed or other purposes, cultivation and other growth, processing, storage, transportation and disposal, and other acts subsidiary to these.
